Yet another reminder that the new client is STILL too big for small screens;

I have a 13" laptop that I primarily play on and I am still unable to use the new client because it is unable to be scaled small enough to not take up the entire screen.

If it at least just took the full screen perfectly that would be fine, but it's weird and goes just out of bounds while going under the task bar so I'm missing a good portion of client here. I don't know why this is still unfixed but it's annoying.
