A small update for in-game statistics that would make choosing items easier.

I've noticed as of late that often times when playing Karma, I look at my cooldown reduction, and see that I have 35% CD when I only have Morello's and the 5% CD Cap mastery equipped without CD runes. This causes a good 10-20 seconds of confusion, until I realize that I** actually** have blue buff.

Is it possibly that you guys could make the number for cooldown reduction change colors when one has temporary CD (a.k.a. Blue Buff)? So that when we're purchasing items at the shop, we're not sitting there scratching our heads wondering where the additional 10% CD is coming from? Thank you!
