Only thing we know is sometime during this patch. They did say he wouldn't be released in time to overlap with the Legendary Axes promotion, and now that that is over, he could be released at any time. Either today or Tuesday would be the latest as the next patch should hit on Wednesday.

I've been waiting this whole fucking patch to buy Mecha Sion. I don't care about the Soraka/Lissandra skins and at this point I feel like Riot is holding off Sion for the Pro Scene to get the spotlight instead of the thing I actually give a shit about.
