RP Bug

So I had some rp today, I believe around 848, I spent 95 on an aram skin boost, then the other 750 for a galio skin. However it still shows that I have 98 rp left. I used the skin boost again not thinking it would work, but it did. For some reason I have 98 rp that wont go down.
