Bronze

Hey, it's been 4 months since this post but I'll still give you an honest answer.
Getting out of bronze is more often dependant upon decision making, your partner goes 1v3 and you think wether to make that a 2v3 or if that would kill both of you for 1 person, first thing to consider is if you help, can you escape? What is your champion and should you even risk the fight.. consider that before anything else. Then work on personal skill, do you belong in bronze? Like 80% (I forgot the actual numbers) of league community is in silver and bronze, if you make it out what is your goal? And also don't be afraid to play ranked. That was my downfall I was first placed in silver and just didn't feel like ranked later I regretted not climbing sooner. But the next thing is if you truly believe you don't belong in bronze, you can also create a new account lvl it to 30 (off and on, casual games, try not to ruin it for new players. ). And jump in those placements usually unranked accounts start off with 1200 mmr Wich is silver. If all your placement games or most you have a decent to good kda you will likely end up in silver. Also before placement matches take practice in custom games against higher ranking players, the best way to get better is to fight harder people. (This will generally give you the nessesari mechanics to climb and carry).

Have to carry yourself out. Play carry roles with your best champions.

In general: CS well Focus on objectives Don't die

Curtailed to you: Bring the appropriate summoner's spells Use an appropriate build+build order (check here http://champion.gg ) If you're going to play champions that can't push well, you should be grouping/ganking earlier to try to get towers.
