Prisoner Island

It may just be a coincidence since RiotSkynet puts me in a bad mood, but since getting 14 chat restricted games 90% of my games have been played with angry, often very unskilled, talkative players. I thought Riot's official stance was they weren't going to implement a Prisoner Island feature; though they also said the Tribunal would be back soon.

I don't think it's any coincidence that I never got chat restrictions (in fact I use to have multiple ribbons, until RiotAutomated took away the 700+ that I had) until RiotBigBrother decided rule enforcement by machines was a good idea. Did I miss some patchnotes and Riot changed their stance on punishment of "toxicity"? Pretty sure I'm going to hate RiotLyte until the day I die for doing what he did to LoL.
