Riot reworking champions

is it just me or does it feel like riot reworking champions feels like a waste most of the time?

in the past weve had champs like akali, then diana was released ( instead of akali getting reworked into dianna ) yay

same with lucian and graves and many champs who have similarities

but now, now instead of having 2 champs who are similar at all they scrap the old kit for the new one

i feel like the new poppy should be a new champion, except make it obvious that this new champion is poppys sister or something ( yes im aware im one of the few who miss old poppy but this can be applied to other champs such as raka as well )

shens reworked kit for example, its...its worse but better...but its not better ugh why, just why? HES A NINJA!!! you know this right? so after reworking a NINJAS kit which has nothing to do with being ninja whatsoever, you didnt make him any better nor did u make him a NINJA (if u cant tell this bothers me immensely) also, why is his NRG pool so large with high costs now? buying NRG runes is even more of a waste than it was before (oh did you forget about those runes? dont worry, everyone else did too) ( im about to go on a side rant so imma stop talkin about shen )

back to my point, with the incoming reworks im very nervous

taric : i love this man, im worried rito will nerff his heal, make his W slightly different yet more useless and make his E a skill shot while leaving his ult be even though R should be the only thing changed ( this is me being optimistic )

malzahar : really? why? why RW malz? just give his ult a higher CDR and give his aids a range indicator so people can actually know how far away the aids can jump ( how it feels to lane against malz : pre 6 : rly those aids jumped to me? post 6 : rly? his ult is rdy again? i just died to his ult though! get back to lane, really his ult is rdy?

yorick : this is a champ that you hide, you do the opposite of promote this guy and now want to rework him, i agree he needs a rework but he never gets any love, so im more worried about his rework than any other
