Is this actually True?

This is written in Korean so I will take out the important part and tell you specifically.

라이엇 측이 유저들에게 하는 늘 하는 말은 "너희들의 의견을 듣고 싶어"지만, 정작 하는 행동을 보면 "하지만 니들이 틀렸고 우리가 맞아" 라는 식이다.

Translation: Riot always tells users, "I want to hear your opinion", but its actions demonstrate "but you were wrong and we were right".
