Seriously Riot? Why?

I have been thinking about this for a while and I still can't understand why Riot hasn't reworked or at least visually update Yorick. He has been out for quite a long time yet he is still 4800 IP, still ugly, and still only has 2 skins. Riot if I were you at least do a visual rework, decrease him to 3150 IP, and give Yorick a new skin.

He is on the line for rework,after Taric.

He is in line for a rework, there's no point in doing a VU since they'd have to do it again during his rework.
