LOL RIOT'S TROLLING ME GUYS WTF IS THIS

LOL, So basically I sent in Riot a support ticket after this one game because the enemy Skarner had his ult up way too often so I think it was bugged or he was hacking, like he legit used it two times in a single fight that lasted like 15 seconds. Even my teammates were complaining like " yo wtf, how does he have his ult up so fast", he only had 20% cdr. ANYWAY, when I asked the Skarner if he was hacking, he told me to kill my self, to die in a hole, etc. Basically got very mad for no reason, I was just trying to put some closure on the issue. I sent Riot a support ticket about this, with screenshots of his toxicity and how the Skarner had his ult up every 10 seconds.

This is what they responded with :

I apologize for any inconvenience this causes you, and hope you understand that there is a limit to what we are able to refund. This feature was developed to give Summoners a chance to exchange content they regretted buying, but we had to limit the number of refunds we could reasonably grant.
