Does Riot give 2 RP if you have 1348 and want to buy a 1350 Skin?

You have to steal your soul back from them and offer to sell it back for 2 RP. Or draw a fanart/league based cosplay or something league based and artistic while asking for the 2 RP, which they will generay do even if your drawing is so bad that stick figures look like they are sick figures.

Try drawing a fanart for league asking for 2 RP. Could work.

As ShiraTsuki77 mentioned, try creating RP art by hopping over to the RP art website and then submitting it to Player Support! Should do the trick. Let us know how it goes!

Like they said, you can send them some art! Doesn't have to be anything fancy (doesn't have to be drawn art either, art comes in many forms). Send your request over to player support through a Support Ticket or hit them up on Twitter @RiotSupport.
