Firstly, I'd like to thank you for making my main and favorite champion, Quinn, viable again. I don't believe people are giving Riot in general enough thanks for this game. So, I want to thank you for giving me such an awesome game. I want to thank you for giving champions I can fall in love with. I want to to thank you for putting so much work and effort into this game, despite what people say and complain about. I'd like to thank you for being the best company you can be. Just a note, but Quinn was already very viable in her old state, and the only reason the current version of Quinn is as good as she is is because of how overtuned the stats are.

The current changes on the PBE help a little bit with making her note so much a ball of stats champion
