Firstly, I'd like to thank you for making my main and favorite champion, Quinn, viable again. I don't believe people are giving Riot in general enough thanks for this game. So, I want to thank you for giving me such an awesome game. I want to thank you for giving champions I can fall in love with. I want to to thank you for putting so much work and effort into this game, despite what people say and complain about. I'd like to thank you for being the best company you can be. Just a note, but Quinn was already very viable in her old state, and the only reason the current version of Quinn is as good as she is is because of how overtuned the stats are.

The current changes on the PBE help a little bit with making her note so much a ball of stats champion

I've played Quinn ever since I started league (Season 3). Never once has she been Meta. Viable yes. But Meta? No. I have been in many games where people afk or troll because I've simply picked Quinn. Now, at least people don't flame me for picking her. She is now a Meta pick.

She was Viable in solo play but....LCS or Worlds viable? Nah. There was always a better adc than Quin. Quin was more of an assassin than an adc but if you wanted to play an assassin there always was better assassins.

Its like Aatrox. He just jumps in and autoattacks. Why play Aatrox when you can play better auto attack machines like - Yi or Tryndamere who are just better. Thats normally how everyone viewed Quin. Im sorry to all the 3 Aatrox mains out there...

Quins ult is great. It allows you to get into the lane much faster or run away faster. Her passive is much more reliable for triggering Valor with her skills. Any adc with a decent area-Bush check is a plus with the Srcying orb thing.

Not every champion has to be playable in worlds. Katarina will never really be played there because of how easily she's shut down by a coordinated team

And neither will Garen. Solo Q is much different than rank 5 v 5 team(high tier) and the pros. You can get away in solo Q because team work is often overlooked. Not to mention communicating with people you don't even know has its own issues. Katarina is good but her kit is trash. Its either you smash your head and your done or you smash your head and get cc'ed. There are several champs with a similar concept. Most of them are that way because they are just old concepts. Some are so basic and simple to the point they only auto attack with Active/passive Buffs.

Its not about a champion being meta or not. there are 2 tiers normally in this game. Solo Q or inexperienced players OR Pro play and Experienced team of players

Quin could get by in Solo Q before this patch as many other champs can too. In world play she was tried differently but she was just a faulty adc that was more of an assassin/bruiser. Now Quin may very well now be worthy of Pro play. An adc that can return to lane fast or split push and get out real fast. A skill full Quin could potentially solo most adcs with her reliable passive much easier than before despite not having the blind.

the whole point of this thread is really Quin being much stronger. She actually may be to strong. Graves though, fills that spot currently.
