that wasnt his main in season 4 i forgot the other 2 accounts he played on but he plays on china now that is korea.

Dopa丶YY90888 his number 1 account on the ionian china server (highest skill level server) has been number 1 on solo que for many years china and korea got to china challenger with a 89% winrate goes on 30+ game sprees. he is the best. search dopa on youtube watch some games its pretty incredible

The best player wont play on that average usa ping because its too bad. Thats obviously a problem, riot needs to either make more servers or buff this one up so that 3/4 the nation doesnt have a shitty playing experience

Somewhere near the end of 2014 Riot posted a thread about server being set up near the east side of NA. Not sure what happened after, but Im pretty sure something is being done about it :)
