It's despised because it made her weaker at all levels of the game now. Q and W are worthless, her passive takes FOREVER to stack, and they gutted her ratios almost entirely across the board.
That is why it's despised.
She is virtually the same in basically all metrics once you get your passive stacked. And therein lies a massive issue. You shouldn't have to get 400 stacks of a passive that feels like a total chore just to equal what you used to be able to do without having done that.
Not to mention, it didn't address any actual issues aside from bugginess with E and R.
