i dunno, i feel like it would be useful on her, because of that enhanced lifesteal and the base stats on it, but i feel like banshees would more often be a better choice if you go for a defensive mr item, cuz of the ability to take a bit of cc and still just sit there spamming e... thats just me thinking about it tho, i dont play Cass enough to have tried visage on her yet...

I used to build Spirit Visage if the other team was AP heavy- and especially if I didn't do well vs their mid mage (aka, fed a Veigar or Diana), but recently I've been trying to build Abyscall Scepter instead, so that I can still have some AP damage. I usually build Spirit Visage if I'm laning top.
