Opinions Wanted on New Fiddle Build

I'm making this cause I want more opinions on this build than just my own. As you all must know by now, the removal of Magus and the addition of Runeglaive has hit Fiddle pretty hard. That's why I started experimenting on some new builds. I found one that I think might work but I'm not 100% sure since I'm in silver and don't go against people who can punish these builds as well as those in plat and above.

As you can most likely tell by now, this is not a build meant to do tons of damage, it is instead meant to enhance fiddles inherent annoyingness. From what i can tell this build may not be perfect, but it does do its job.

Pros: You are a tank that deals decent damage. You can make people stick to your ult by slowing them with Randuin's. You are harder to kill than most tanks due to your healing between your w and Spirit Visage. Your ult is on a relatively low cooldown due to the fact that you have 40% cdr with blue. Provides magic damage to full ad comps.

Cons: Very weak early game. Can be zoned out by knock backs due to lack of Zhonya's.
