Will we be able to record games from before the replay system is launched ?

So,i just made a really nice game with Yasuo and made a pretty cool penta I usually record with replay.gg but the replay crashed,though i would really like to get that game back

No you won't be able to see past games when it first launches. You will only be able to see the games you played on that patch. In the future they'll do it.

Try re-opening the replay.gg replay, it might have been a fluke. Otherwise, describe when it crashed and what you were doing (have you ever used a replay from them before?)

Obviously not? They wouldn't have been recording those past games because there was no code to do so.
