@Riot Behavior Team; found two more victims!

I sent a ticket on October 16th and got a response saying I would be transferred to the Behavior Team. Since then, I've taken four more screen shots of two different people. One being someone who was extremely racist and offensive in the after game chat. And the second one was a scammer. My ticket was originally created because of a scammer advertising to me via PM.

I'm just wondering, how long does it usually take for you guys to look into those tickets? Cause I have screen shots of all three incidents.

Most of these scammers (at least based on my personal experience) are bots, and won't further reply past what they were created to spam your way.

i still have a ticket in waiting....but to give you an idea..the ticket i sent took 21 days from the 1st ticket till a full resolution was reached.
