[GAMEPLAY] Diana Ultimate Bug - No Dash?

Unfortunately, I do not have a photo nor video evidence since this was the first time I saw it happen. I was playing Diana mid with Flash and Smite, I had completed my Runeglaive and Luden's Echo. I tossed out my Q to the enemy Talon and pressed R on him. It did the initial dmg, but I did not dash towards him. That was the first time it happened. In the same game, it happened again with Vayne. Neither of my targets were stealthed. Both took the dmg from my ultimate and I stayed in the same position without moving. I was on Blue Team's side. The 1st time happened in mid-lane while the 2nd time, also happened in mid-lane, but at the enemy inhibitors.

As a regular Diana player, I can say that these are actual bugs. Either she doesn't dash at all, or she dashes super slowly. I don't know how to replicate the bug, but it seems to happen randomly if you press R more than once on the same target within a half second.
