What the title says. There was a rune page sale over the summer, probably about a month before I started to play :( . Please make a rune page sale happen SOON <3

I know Riot made a statement that there would be another Rune Page Sale before the end of the year, but now that it's December I'm starting to feel the IP burning a hole in my pocket.
