Riot Please Consider Banning This Player

Throughout the entire game he was using racial slurs, homophobic slurs and was abusing our team the entire game. I reported her but I don't think anyone on my team will because the consider repeating racial and homophobic slurs "funny". There was another player who was disgusted by this incredibly toxic person and I think they will be reporting him too. But I don't think that is enough for it to get noticed. I am asking you to look at the chat in the game to see for yourself how toxic this player was. I won't add a name unless asked to.
