How does Dynamic Que affect the new Solo Que ratings?

With the new season upon us now, every one is doing there placement matches. I just wanted to know if and how the dynamic ques ratting/mmr will effect the new solo que that they are releasing. I was silver last season, and say i climb (or fall) in the ladder, will that effect the solo que ratting/mmr. Or does it start fresh from last years rating, and you get new placement games? Does it just take what you have currently in dynamic Que?

I read the red post about this and looked through the comments, but i still can't manage to wrap my head around an answer. Just wondering if someone could sum it up in a short TL;DR message, if you understand it.

Doesn't matter you'll be put down tremendously low regardless expect to drop from one placement to the other even if you 10-0.

Also since their so called "solo only" que is still being "worked on" you'll be waiting to do rank for awhile less you want to risk the hell grinding trash of Dynamic que and Riots bullshit that came with it.
