The struggle of the climb

how are you supposed to be able to climb when 9/10 games you have idiots who refuse to listen or play the game correctly? seriously this needs to be addressed cause those 9/10 games you cant have 3 of you 4 teammates as shit and expect to carry.

anyone have any ideas as to how to make the queue not full of these idiots? Would be nice if you let riot know after you do, because it is seriously just r%%%%%ed how these kids play ranked.
