Leaver buster is essential, i understand this, but when your internet crashes and there is nothing you can do about it it is bullshit that league places you on leaver buster for 5 fucking games 20 minutes, its ridiculous for people like me and its absolutely pathetic that they can't pertain to a more reasonable solution than 5 long ass waits for something that wasn't even my fault. fuck you for this one league, figure it out.

Get better internet? I came thinking you were going to complain about crashes on their fault, because its happened to me twice. But then again i didn't submit the bug report..

You don't get a Leaverbuster punishment, especially the 20 minute one, for a single leave. Riot understands that sometimes shit happens that is out of our control, which is why they built leniency into the system. In order to get punished by Leaverbuster, you must have left a lot of matches beforehand. Now, if all or most of these leaves where due to your internet crashing, then it's up to you to find a solution for that, not Riot. Short of server issues that are indeed Riot's fault, it's entirely your responsibility to make sure you have a stable enough connection to play the game. If you don't, then you need to find a solution. You shouldn't keep queuing up for matches hoping that your internet doesn't crash.

It has to, because it can't tell the difference between an unintentional disconnect, and an intentional one. It's to prevent abuse by people dodging and claiming they got disconnected and not getting punished. It's not Riot's fault your internet crashes. That said, it's not your fault either (most of the time). It would be on your ISP if it's your internet giving out completely. This would mean it would be you're task to contact the ISP and complain if their service is poor.

tl;dr not Riot's fault, complain to ISP if this happens often.
