Ivern has been super nerfed! Ivern Nerfed Mid patch 6.24

Mid patch 6.24 has just stroked today and the first thing that catches our eyes is that Ivern has been super nerfed! I personally don't think that he is going to be picked up as a support anymore because his shield is too low now. What do you think? Will these changes impact positively or negatively in game?
