im a diam player,and ive never seen a lucian win game,he obviously dont have such high win rate,%46win rate is so bullshit.

Diamond players consist of like 1% of the league community? So all the winrate is coming from the other elo's

well,my point is the lowest win rate adc needs a buff,hes not just weak,hes too damn weak.

Lucian is a godly lane bully if you play him right, you can farm and poke at the same time, and you`re relatively safe with your dash. I can believe that he has a 46% win rate.

rofl..if you win lane at diam or higher elo,you probably win game,the problem is,lucian can not win lane.
