Illaoi skin?

Ok, i know this is so weird to ask again. I already had my very sad argument with Katey (im still sorry to this date😔), but i really gotta what close scope illaoi skin are we looking at? I know she is hard to make a skin for because of the tentacles, thematics and the overall fitting look, but how far are we looking at for a skin for her? I'd say its probably somewhere in april when she fits some sort of role at the time? This one's for you, @RiotKateyKhaos. This time, no rush. Thanks. Im just too OP (for you 😉)
