How should i set my setting for kitig? To make kiting easier?

I'm not exactly good at kiting but I know how. I just hate having to either hold the A button and left click, it makes thing difficult when I need to cast my Q or any of my other abilities. I've set my scroll wheel as a auto attack move option but it still makes things hard. Is there another way I can set my keybinds to make kiting easier? If you must know I have a regular Alienware gaming mouse there are no buttons on the sides. Would love some help thanks.
