The boards need to be more focused on what they want changed in this game

For those who will read the first 3 lines of this and downvote, I'm not saying any of these champions/items DON'T deserve or need a change, I'm merely pointing out how much of the game you are yelling about.

So, I spend a lot of time just looking through the boards, and I seem to notice one major thing with the boards.

You guys hate nearly EVERYONE in this game. For example, today the front page has the following champions being complained about, or asked for a rework on:

Zac, Gragas, Draven, Caitlyn, Pantheon, and Cho'Gath. And that's just the top threads. If you scroll down enough on the hot list you seen threads about annie and garen reworks, and thresh nerfs.

For non-champion nerfs on the board their is changes to fiddlesticks and jinx, nerfs to duskblade (I'm going to say it again, needed, just saying how much people talk about it.) gargoyle, changes to tank items. And let me once again say that all of this is just from the hot page today.

The amount of times I've seen threads on support items, morde rework (Can't wait.) lee sin/riven/yasuo/vayne nerfs is astonishing. Not to mention every time one of these actually happens, the boards just move on to whoever became broken because of those nerfs.

If you want riot to ever listen to the boards, you guys have to agree on what needs the biggest changes and make a lot of threads on that. Just from the hot pages today their is 14 different champions/items you want to get reworked, nerfed, or buffed (and this is counting tank items as 1 thing.) Why do you think that riot "never listens" to what's on the boards. You give them so much to change that it could never be all done by riot. I'm just typing about the changes, and I had to go split screen just to remember everything on the boards. Now imagine trying to change everything, tune every other champion so no one becomes overly broken when you nerf their direct counter, make sure that the people who get countered by the champions you buff don't become garbage, and do the same with items. Riot could feasibly make 2-3 of those changes in a single season, since it takes several patches to do the tuning I described above. If you overload riot with what you want, you're not going to see it anytime soon.

TL;DR Find a few things that top you're need to change list and spam the boards with them, so riot knows exactly what you want changed now.

thats because people have knee jerk reactions after one game where they got slaughtered by Champ X using build Y and now they are calling for their heads!

I mean I have looked and I think the general idea of what everyone dislikes and would like to see changed is pretty frequently shared between people. Although yes it is a little all over the place, it doesn't mean a lot of these don't pop-up a LOT. Tank items vs support items, Stoneplate and it's interactions, Zac, duskblade, cho, Draven, Caitlyn, Pantheon are all brought up A LOT. Lee Sin, Gragas, Syndra, Ori come up quite a bit as well.

If you look at the boards almost every day (I got bored at work a lot) you start to see what the general things people dislike are and what people agree with. When things like Renekton, Annie, whatever people are calling OP and it's clearly just a pointless rant, it gets downvoted. We upvote what we want Riot to focus on and they often see it. I know Riot has a lot to deal with but I am 100% positive they know what the vast majority of the community wants from League because if you look, the same trends pop up A LOT.

asking for a champion rework is not the same as asking for a nerf.

it can either be a wish to improve a champions kit and his functionality, like in case of many people proposing different garen reworks.

or it can be due to an individual mechanic in a champions kit that is poorly designed and needs an update.

for example, i dont think anyone can really disagree that dravens passive is not just bad for the game, but bad for the champion himself. it makes the champion exceptionally feast or famine where he snowballs completely out of control in case he manages to grab an early kill and turn all his stacks into gold, or he is irredeemably set back by dieing early and losing most of his stacks. in tha case, his passive might practically be nonexistent.
