The Most OP Champion

Hey guys, so I came across a thought, what if u can make a champion's kit using any of the pre existing skills, what's the most op combination of skills u can think of? I personally picked eve's passive for roaming and mana regen, Annie's Q for easy cs in lane, Liss W for locking down enemies or kitting, Fizz's E for insane mobility and damage. Then mumu's ult for killer team fights. This champion would most likely go mid and is very easy to play also have crazy strong team fight initiation and cc. Almost ungankable due to its W and E and it's ganks are absolutely crazy. What's the strongest combination of skills in ur opinion?
