If you are 20/0/X (because I guess assists dont matter to you) then you gotta leave your lane.
Heres some math.
15 cs = 1 tower (generally) first blood > turret >a kill by about 50 gold each
Though turret gold does go to your allies so technically 3 deaths are worth a turret, but the lost cs makes it not worth it. every 3 waves is practically a kill worth of gold. some waves are worth more than a shutdown late-mid game.
Global gold gives everyone a chance to catch up, so generally speaking its better to take towers, everyone on your team gets buffs when taking dragon so generally dragon is better to take than kills.
though a dragon is only worth a minion worth in gold nowadays. The buffs they provide make them worth more than any turret that isnt first turret.
Go around, pick up buffs, take towers, kill the dragon. You never even have to kill a single champion in this game if you want to win. Sometimes youll end up killing them regardless though.
