Never play Soraka in low elo

And this has nothing to do with it being hard to carry with her. This was more true of Soraka pre-rework when her heal was on an extraordinarily high cooldown... but unless you want to deal with noobs (in every single game, without fail) saying things like, "WTF??? WHY DIDNT U HEAL ME," it's probably best to play another champ.

Soraka and Janna are useless in low elo when your teammates always seem to pick champions like Jax top lane and in general champions with lack of any engage.
