Not Sure Which Board to Put This On...

So, is there some evidence I could see that people are getting punished for reports? It would probably make me feel better if I could actually see something showing that there are things going on to combat the ever-increasing problems of... the community.

Just a little depressing to play this game when I consistently get games where people refuse to be reasoned with (or I give minimal communication), and in the end I get reported for verbal abuse.

Straw that broke the camel's back: Had a Kalista go AFK because she had to go to school, so I said that we should report her, and just play the game out. That was followed with them insisting that I be reported. And they literally just made things up out of nowhere, and reported me for it. I got several of the Verbal Abuse notifications after the game, because the other team did it as well because they thought it was funny that I was getting upset. I just want to know, am I going to be punished because they were.. (and I know this sounds childish).. bullying me?

I had been banned before for harassment, and have since then reformed, because honestly, I don't want to lose my account. I do slip up every now and again, but overall I've been good.

Just some sort of something that shows that I'm not going to be punished because other people are just being mean. Something that shows I might be able to just enjoy the game again, instead of feeling like I have to defend everything I do, and in the end get reported. And muting people ends me up being reported for refusal to communicate. It's like I can't win.

Some sort of evidence, Riot, please.
