A heartfelt thanks to Riot.

I would just like to offer a very big shout out to whomever in riot thought up, and implemented the ability to gift the two new champions through IP. I know that this will hit them in actual RP sales but it means alot for some of us who may not have the funds to be able to buy the champions to be able to have them gifted to us. And it also allows those of us who have already purchased everything purchasable with IP a different way to spend it.
