Why do we even have the PBE

If riot ignores project VFX and SFX. I mean seriously project Ashe ult is barely visible and the indicators on ekko's passive lack clarity. Also dark star thresh had the bug on the PBE and people reported it and it still got disabled.

ekkos passive starts with a green hue then the next is hexagonal pattern then pop
