Semi-Random URF

So I'm making this post after getting absolutely pounded by a team in URF. We honestly had no chance of winning or even doing well because we had champs like trist and Yorick while they had the wet dream that is Ahri, Gragas, Eve, Shaco and Nidalee. There should be something about 'random' that can prevent one team from getting completely shafted by Champ 'select.'

My solution is very simple. The champs are separated into tiers. Each team gets an equal amount of champions from each tier, or a comparable team comp (ie 2 B tiers is an A). That way if a team gets all F tier champs (Jinx, Trist, Aatrox, Yorick) the other team does as well. And the same with all amazing champs or a mix of the two. Now I like URF but I agreed that something needed to be done about the "URF Meta" where everyone picks the super OP champs, and honestly it just feels so bad when there's no way your team could possibly win.
