i love it when people say there smurfing

There are two types of smurfs. The first type is simply at a low rank because they have yet to climb up to their regular rank with it being a new account. This is not the type you're likely seeing.

The second type is where people have a secondary account simply so they can play low ranked games. They do this for fun, but sometimes have to purposely throw games in order to maintain their low rank.

Of course there's the third type, but I don't think it counts as they are fake smurfs and are simply lying to get whatever position they want.
