Do Rioters go on smurf/non-riot accounts to comment on the forums?

I feel like some would. Some reasons could be: avoiding being on the Red Tracker, commenting on something you don't want your coworkers finding out about, or replying to threads that make them rage but couldn't reply to without risking their reputation.
