Do have any idea how many Nami players are actually suffering from healing their own ADCs who love getting free hits, since they never care about Nami's fking expensive W heals. Up to 130mana, wow...

See Riot, this is why you don't cater to peoples' whining... they'll always whine about something inconsequential... it used to be leavers, now that you've put the new leaverbuster in, its Nami. When people are happy, they find stupid meaningless things to complain about, its just human nature.
