Item sets

Is anyone else having issues creating new item sets for champions. All my buttons are greyed out.

Edit: I have already tried reclogging, I did a full repair, and I have stared hard into that grayness hoping it would change. Other than that, I am hoping I am not the only one with this issue.

Is there a certain amount of item sets you can only have?

They really have to add more. At least 30 would be a whole lot better, 40 would be ideal. Riot plz I was really happy of you integrating item sets back but I feel you left out some things.
