Villain in 'Seconds' video

I know I'm rather late on this but I've been preoccupied with other things. Has anyone thought or mentioned that the villain might have been Urgots new design? I mean if they were going to make him more of a bruiser then that could be exactly what I would imagine him looking like.

As I said idk if anyone had thought about it or not so i figured Id post my thoughts!
