can we nerf ekko

an yes i know we can ban him but i often get games with people in silver/bronze that say ekko is a wasted ban an dont do it

the dudes kit is seriously retarted we need to gut this an start over cause im tired of losing to tanky ekko's who are unkillable an shit damage with no damage items
