How Riot can fix toxicity and trolls in the league community!

Now as you can see, VGDunkey is banned, and people are sh!tting all over the place! I thought to myself, Mister-Mittens, how do we stop all of this bad stuff? THEN IT HIT ME!

• Enable language filter on default and locked
• Replace all insult with ANY RANDOM WORD (includes other language)
• disable the play button when 3rd party programs are on and bans for 3.14 hours if used in game

and for the 3rd party system detection would probably take long by hey it's an idea.
