Punish Champ Select Trolls

Just got put into champ select with a premade who banned my champ and thought it was the funniest thing on earth. Had to dodge because they were incredibly toxic and am now waiting for 15 minutes because of leaver buster due to trolls. Fucking awesome. So pissed off right now.
