Ivern's Main Role? Jungle or Support?

Just wanted to get some opinions from other players on what role he is better at, and are they both viable.

just look at my match history, i play him jungle. ivern is a very good counter jungler, always try to communicate with your team to steal the first buff. slowing down the enemy jungler should be your early priority. i max «e» for it's a shield/slow/dmg ability, very good as a whole. then i max «q» then «w» when you summon daisy always use your «e» on her unless one of your teamate is dying. daisy runs fast the «e» will protect her and deals dmg+slow in ivern's early game you will need to back a lot, due to his unique jungle style, its weird but you will get used to it.
