Toxic players and player support tickets

Alright so this may be a little long for most people but I felt like this needed some depth to it to get the point across, it may seem a bit "ranty" at times but its really just a good explanation of how this game is or has started to become because I don't remember dealing with this much crap in my games when I first started out.

Clearly this game has a bad community I mean like come on, but honestly where is the control over anything? I submitted a post on the boards a while back and it was taken down due to it complaining about a specific player and I was told to take it to a player support ticket so feeling inclined to do so because of how I just lost a game due to this person, and I remember exactly why because it was the first time I came across someone who was ELOtanking to use the technical term. ELOtanking basically means that the player is purposely losing games to de-rank down to a low rank say from Gold down to Bronze for various reasons such as making a climb video or people just looking to cub stomp because they're bad at the game compared to people at their supposed skill level anyway that's beside the point. My point being my post reporting a player was taken down for being an improper use of the boards and I was assured that I could submit a player support ticket against this player for ruining my game and probably a bunch of other players games because as we all know league games are long and putting up with someone for upwards of 20 minutes while they ruin your game is a horrible thing to go through and its not like we all have all the time in the world to play league, people have jobs, kids and many other obligations they have to adhere to and its just not fun, its not fun at all honestly, but the best part is when you go to make a player support ticket AND NONE OF THE CATEGORIES actually let you report someone! So what can you do? NOTHING you have no control over anything honestly this company has made massive claims about how the tribunal is so great and how it works wonderfully but actually it doesn't, I included a link so you can see that riot claims 2% of games have abuse or toxic behavior in them but that's a lie, In my past ten games I have had to report a MINIMUM of one person while still waiting 20 minutes to surrender if the team would even surrender wasting my time because someone else wanted to be a jerk, AND while wasting my time if I decide I don't want to waste my time in a game with 2 afk's guess what? I get reported. So by this point this is should be starting to make some sense and carry some weight because even with 2 afk's guess what you're forced to play and have an awful time for a minimum of 20 minutes and if you try to do anything or take action about it you get punished, someone calls you some derogatory term and you say something back, you get punished. Game has an intentional feeder in it and you feel like going to grab a coffee because hes 0-24 at 10 minutes and you know its over you get punished for being afk and you probably would have a larger punishment than the person who decided they were going to die a bunch because they were still playing. All in all this game is really starting to piss a lot of people off because hell call of duty might have a horrible community and a bunch of shit talking douche bags but at least the game doesn't force you to play with them to avoid being punished, so thanks for that riot.
