Fighters are still Over Powered

Almost all of the strongest bans are fighters because they are dealing too much damage and tanking everything in the process. This is a problem and should be dealt with. Doing well with some of these champions can snowball into an OP win far too easily. Darius, jax, nasus, yasuo, fiora, garen, mundo, irellia, illaoi, etc. They also have some of the strongest items for gaining damage without building damage.
