Bravo on the Heimer rework

I don't really know if he's strong or weak yet. It'll take some time to figure that out.

I think you guys hit it out of the park on his kit design. The laser beam turrets are super fun. The rockets have an interesting mechanic and feel much more fair. The grenade is smoother and feels good both to land and good to dodge. The new ultimate is a big improvement, very nice idea. I am a bit worried that the W ultimate overshadows the other two at the moment.

Overall, though, Heimer's kit feels massively more fun than it used to feel. This is a much better product than the Karma rework, and it may be the best major champion rework so far.
