Tear on Ashe

I prefer to get a Essence Reaver instead, it accomplishes the same goal, and allows you to deal more damage, both in the earlier stages of building it and once it is complete.

I don't think Tear will gain stacks from Q auto attacks, if that's what you're thinking.

isn't a terrible item to have. Between the stats, the passive, and the active... it could deal 105 damage itself. Requires mana, giving mana, but gives enough bang for its buck. And the utility isn't bad on Ashe, who can basically keep her Q on almost permanently.
