Ever since the changes to him, I don't think it will work but maybe Ryze. Even If it's not viable check out some ryze clips..... You will know the true meaning of cc. Lissandra cc is nothing compared to multiple snares in a row. I am also confused about your term of "mages". I myself classify fizz and Ekko as ap assassins because they are melee. Lissandra I would count as a Mage.
Ryze been a tank since the start, nothing new here.

Are we talking full tank or not die in 1 second, builds hp/mr/armor with focus still on damage tank?
